    We are immediately seeking an IT Project Manager to work in various locations.  This position will be housed out of our Watford City or Williston location but will require extensive travel. No relocation will be offered.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Requirments:

    • Must have 3-5 years oilfield management or lead administrative process role
    • Prior experience delivering technology solutions highly preferred
    • Familiarity with other scheduling, dispatch or CRM software highly preferred
    • Prior experience with Field FX  and GeoTab a plus
    • Ability to review and map business processes
    • Demonstrated use of MS Office products and other desktop tools (Word, Excel)
    • Must have a valid driver’s license
    • PMP or other PM certifications a plus
    • Ability to work in all weather conditions
    • Must be able to understand and communicate complex business needs
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Must have the ability to read and write English

    Physical Demands and Work Environment:

    • Have a full range of mobility in upper and lower body in order to be able to work in various positions, but not limited to, stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling, squatting, and walking for extended periods of time
    • Be able to lift, pull, and push materials and equipment and able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

     

    Responsibilities

    • Attend safety meetings for driver training on geotab/ship express 
    • Taking calls/emails outside of business hours and responding to HOS needs          
    • Purchase/secure/order bulk fuel with fuelmaster system and suppliers     
    • Representative for HOS violations repair of individual driver logs  
    • Install/uninstall GeoTab units as directed     
    • Distribute truck licensing, plates, TERO stickers, IFTA stickers        
    • Knowledge and experience with DISA           
    • Provide GeoTab App training to new drivers
    • Administer and operate the Oil Ship Express Program        
    • Calibrate the oil lac units on each oil trailer
    • Meet with customers quarterly - oil hauling/calibration     
    • Keep printers in the oil trucks functioning
    • Work with shops to ensure DVIR process flowing properly in GeoTab         
    • Ensure that active / inactive trucks are reported accordingly
    • Directly involved in Audits gathering and collecting data
    • Work as a liaison between HSE, Sales, Drivers, Dispatch and all other department staff
    • Significant Travel required
