    What you need to apply…


    • Must have a valid driver’s license, Class A CDL preferred
    • Ability to work with limited supervision
    • Ability to work in a fast pace changing environment
    • 2 years mechanic experience
    • Oil and gas industry experience a plus
    • Must have experience working on hydraulics
    • Must have experience working with automotive electrical
    • Must have equipment repair experience
    • Valid diesel mechanic certificate from vocation or trade school preferred
    • Must own basic hand tools, socket set up to 1 1/2” and impact wrench
    • Must have Flexible Schedule - able to work holidays, nights and on call if necessary

    Physical Demands and Work Environment

    • Must be able to lift 50lbs, occasionally up to 75lbs
    • Wear all required PPE
    • Have full range of mobility in upper and lower body in order to be able to work in various positions, but not limited to stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling, squatting, and walking for extended periods of time.
    • Be able to reach over head with hands and arms, climb or balance
    • Be able to use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools or controls,
    • The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals
    • The noise level requires ear protection while operating equipment
    • Will work in all weather conditions
    • Willing to work different shifts and overtime

    Essential Job Functions:

    • Monitor maintenance schedule on Truck Fleet and/or Rental Equipment
    • Make mechanical repairs on equipment, including lubrication, electrical, air, hydraulic, pneumatic, oil level, brakes, springs, clutches, vacuum pumps, radiators, turbos, replacing tires, wheel seals, welding and fabrication
    • Service and provide preventative maintenance on Truck Fleet and/or Rental Equipment
    • Replacement of non-warranty components
    • Maintain shop tools and parts inventory
    • Keep work area neat and clean
    • Comply with all safety rules according to OSHA standards
    • Will complete DOT inspections with little or no supervision
    • Communicates with supervisor on parts required for units
